Customer Service_FINAL Customer Service Coordinator Role Mildred&Co is New Zealand’s one-stop-shop online wedding gift registry and gift store, with a beautiful office located in central Auckland. As we approach the busy wedding season, we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator extraordinaire to join the team and manage our brides experience with Mildred&Co from start to finish. You will also dominate our customer service and daily administration. You will need to be meticulous, have incredible attention to detail, be upbeat and friendly and have a superb phone manner. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working with the whole team, you will be responsible for answering all customer queries both on the phone and via email, ensuring that their needs are not only met but exceeded. To do so you will need to understand how Mildred&Co operates inside out. You will also be helping with the whole production process, making sure the registry experience for our bride-and-grooms is a seamless one. The role presents itself as a unique opportunity for the right individual to learn a variety of different skills and is perfect for a fresh University graduate. This is a very administrative role so your eye for detail and advanced skills in Word and Excel will be put to use. Duties:
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager
  • Manage our couples experience from start to finish
  • Processing customer orders
  • Customer service
  • Answer all inbound telephone calls and customer emails
  • Resolving customer issues
  • To understand and adhere with all company policies
  • Assisting with enquiries regarding stock status/pricing
  • General administrative duties
  • Physical stock checks in the warehouse
  • Data entry

  • Maintaining office/stationery supplies
